Website terms
Effective October 14, 2026.
Service information
Equipment, connectivity, printing features, supply arrangements, and service coverage are confirmed in your property’s service agreement before installation. This website collects inquiries; submitting a form does not activate printing or payment services.
Hardware and trial offer
The Print House service offer includes all-new printer hardware and a 30-day free trial starting after printer setup, with no upfront payment. There is no annual contract, and you can cancel anytime. Printers remain Print House property. A separate service agreement will confirm setup arrangements, what happens after the trial, and any separate resident printing charges before equipment is installed.
Support
Print House professionals provide remote troubleshooting and guidance. On-site printer maintenance visits are not included. Property staff are responsible for refilling paper trays and installing delivered consumables.
Pricing and comparisons
Pricing emailed by Print House after an inquiry is quoted base pricing, not a binding offer. Final prices, allowances, taxes, usage fees, service coverage, and contract terms will be provided before an agreement. The approximate 21% comparison uses our combined base subscription and one customer-supplied competitor quote. It is not a typical or market-wide estimate and excludes usage charges, taxes, and service differences.
Inquiries
Submitting the form expresses interest and allows us to contact you about your inquiry. It does not place an order, reserve equipment, or create a service contract. Do not submit unlawful content, sensitive records, or confidential print documents.
Illustrative examples
Property branding examples are illustrative design demonstrations. They do not represent customer relationships or functioning resident portals. Third-party company and product names belong to their respective owners; no affiliation or certified integration is implied.
Contact
Use our contact form for questions about the website or service. A separate managed printing agreement governs the service.
