Privacy policy
What we collect, why we need it, and the choices you have.
Last updated October 15, 2026We use your details to respond and discuss service for your property.
We do not add advertising pixels or sell inquiry information.
Contact us to request access, a correction, or deletion.
Print House, based in Ohio, is responsible for the information collected through this website. This policy covers visitors, pricing inquiries, and the restricted administrative tools used to manage those inquiries and property records.
1. Information we collect
When you request pricing or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company or property name, number of properties, service interest, and any message you include. A phone number is optional. We also record when the inquiry was submitted and assign it a reference.
Please do not include passwords, payment details, identification documents, or other sensitive records in your message.
Our hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as network addresses, browser information, request times, and security logs. Our inquiry system uses a rotating hash derived from your network address to limit spam; it does not store the raw address in the inquiry record.
2. How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, send pricing, discuss your property’s needs, and keep track of our correspondence. Submitting a pricing request does not enroll you in a newsletter or authorize a charge.
We use technical information to operate the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect access to our records. Restricted administrative tools also store property and printer details and record administrative changes with an account identifier and timestamp.
5. Storage & retention
Inquiries are stored in our hosted database. We use HTTPS, server-side validation, access restrictions, and submission limits to help protect them. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain inquiries while reviewing and following up on them, with a goal of removing inactive inquiries within 12 months. This is a manual review process, not an automatic deletion timer. Records needed for an ongoing business relationship, legal obligations, or a dispute may be kept longer.
Spam-prevention hashes rotate hourly. Expired rate-limit records are cleared during subsequent valid inquiry submissions. Hosting providers may retain their own security logs or backups under their retention practices. Provider infrastructure may process information outside your state or country.
6. Your choices & privacy requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have submitted, or ask us to stop sales follow-up. Use our contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request.” If we have already emailed you, you can reply directly to that email.
Use the email address associated with your inquiry and provide only enough detail for us to locate it. We may verify your identity before releasing or changing records. We will review your request and explain any information we must retain. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, those rights still apply.
7. Printing services & children
This public website does not accept print-document uploads or process payments. The property-branded interface shown on the landing page is an interactive design example; its selections stay in the current page and are not submitted as print jobs.
Resident printing, payment processing, and property account services will need service-specific privacy disclosures before collecting that information. This website is intended for property business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
8. Policy updates
We will update this page and its date when our website practices change. For material changes affecting information already collected, we will provide additional notice or seek consent where required.
