How the credit works

• The referring property must be an active Print House customer. New locations in the same management portfolio are eligible.
• Record the referring property with Print House before the new location signs its service agreement. One referring property can earn a credit for each new location.
• The $100 credit is earned after the new location completes its 30-day free trial and 60 days of paid service, with all invoices due during that period paid.
• Print House verifies eligibility and applies the credit manually to the referring property’s next subscription invoice. Any unused credit carries forward to future subscription invoices.
• Credits are issued to the property account, not an individual. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for resident printing charges.
